In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By completing the 8k8win registration process, clicking any "I Agree" checkbox, making a deposit, or placing a wager on the Platform, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with 8k8win. This agreement is governed by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 8k8win with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings — whether oral or written — regarding the subject matter herein.

Access to and use of the 8k8win Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, consistent with the minimum gambling age prescribed under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of 8k8win or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or third-party exclusion affecting your eligibility to participate in online gambling.
• You must not have a previous 8k8win Account that was closed, suspended, or terminated for violations of these Terms & Conditions.

8k8win reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residence at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe stipulated may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending review.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 8k8win Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of balances therein.

When registering your 8k8win Account, you agree to:

1. Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.
2. Promptly update your account information if any details change after registration.
3. Keep your login credentials — including your password and any OTP codes — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
4. Notify 8k8win support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access to your account.
5. Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.

All financial transactions on the 8k8win Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 8k8win does not charge Player-side fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may apply its own transaction charges for which 8k8win bears no responsibility.

Deposits:

• Deposits made via GCash, Maya, and Coins.ph are typically reflected in your 8k8win Account within minutes of confirmation.
• Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect, depending on interbank processing times.
• Over-the-counter deposits via 7-Eleven require reference number submission and may take up to two (2) hours to process.
• USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the applicable exchange rate at the time of confirmation.
• 8k8win reserves the right to refuse any deposit from a payment source that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods registered under the same name as the 8k8win Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are targeted to process within thirty (30) minutes under standard conditions. During peak periods or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to twenty-four (24) hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours during Philippine banking hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM PST).
• A minimum withdrawal amount of ₱200 applies. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification tier.
• 8k8win reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds, which may extend processing times.

8k8win offers various promotional bonuses to Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonus credits are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount of bets that must be placed — using bonus funds and/or real funds — before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• 8k8win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that modifications do not retroactively affect already-claimed bonuses without reasonable notification.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, will be voided, and the associated account may be terminated.
• Certain games may contribute differently — or not at all — to wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are specified in individual promotion terms.

All games and betting markets on the 8k8win Platform are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within the game interface or sportsbook market. In addition, the following general betting rules apply across all 8k8win products:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. 8k8win does not accept cancellation requests for bets already placed and confirmed, except where a technical error demonstrably affected the outcome.
• In the event of a technical malfunction — including disconnections, server errors, or software faults — 8k8win will endeavour to resolve disputes fairly based on available system logs. Bets affected by confirmed technical errors may be voided and stakes returned.
• 8k8win uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent testing laboratories for all non-live casino games. Live dealer games are streamed in real-time from certified studios and are subject to the rules of the respective live game provider.
• Sportsbook odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• 8k8win reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a pricing error, provided the correction is made before settlement and the Player is notified.
• Winnings derived from games or markets subsequently found to have been subject to match-fixing, cheating, or collusion will be void regardless of when the discovery is made.

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on or in connection with the 8k8win Platform:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register an account in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with 8k8win.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's software for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated wagering strategies designed to circumvent game fairness rules or bonus terms.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources and withdrawing them as apparently legitimate winnings.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, source code, or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 8k8win staff, other players, or live dealers through any communication channel on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of IP masking or geographic obfuscation.

All content on the 8k8win Platform — including but not limited to the 8k8win brand name and logo, website design, game graphics, text, software, sounds, music, and compilations — is the intellectual property of 8k8win or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform or its content for commercial purposes.
• Use the 8k8win brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks without prior written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content without express written permission from 8k8win.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 8k8win's total liability to any Player — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall be limited to the total value of real-money deposits made by that Player to their 8k8win Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8k8win shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, force majeure events, telecommunications failures, or third-party service provider outages.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Inaccuracies in live sports data feeds, score updates, or live dealer game streams caused by third-party data providers.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses of any nature, even if 8k8win had been advised of the possibility of such losses.

8k8win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the prescribed timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.
• Player-initiated voluntary self-exclusion or account closure request.

Upon account termination for reasons other than Player-initiated closure or regulatory directive, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus credits) remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via the most recently used verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their 8k8win Account may do so by contacting our support team via live chat at any time. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within two (2) business days.

8k8win is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its Players. We believe that online gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or personal harm. In line with this commitment, 8k8win provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account to control spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automatic reminders that appear after a defined period of continuous gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request a temporary self-exclusion (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked and no deposits, withdrawals, or gaming activity are permitted. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed before the exclusion period expires.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications display how long you have been playing and your net session result.
• Account Activity History: A full transaction and betting history is available in your account dashboard at all times.

By registering on the 8k8win Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the following purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and maintenance.
• Processing of deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
• KYC and AML compliance obligations.
• Provision of customer support services.
• Detection and prevention of fraud, cheating, and prohibited conduct.
• Regulatory reporting and compliance with applicable Philippine law.
• Sending of promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.

8k8win does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data shared with third parties is limited to service providers necessary to operate the Platform (e.g., payment processors, KYC verification services, game providers) and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and 8k8win arising from the use of the Platform, the following process applies:

1. First Contact: The Player must first contact 8k8win's support team via live chat or email to attempt informal resolution. 8k8win will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
2. Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved informally within fifteen (15) business days, either party may escalate the matter to the applicable regulatory body or pursue resolution through the appropriate Philippine legal channels.
3. Jurisdiction: Both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the above process.

8k8win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication of the updated Terms & Conditions on the Platform, except where a longer notice period is required by applicable law or regulation.

For material changes — defined as changes that significantly affect Player rights, financial terms, or eligibility criteria — 8k8win will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice to registered Players via the email address on file. It is your responsibility to maintain an active and accurate email address in your 8k8win Account settings to receive such notifications.

The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this page indicate the current revision. If you disagree with any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure per Section 11 above. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
